The physical transformer laminations or the unit housing may be vibrating against the camper cabinetry. Tighten all mounting hardware.

This is the filtered, hot 12V DC output coming straight out of the transformer/rectifier circuit. It supplies positive current directly to the positive side of your RV's 12V automotive fuse panel.

Look at the fuse block on the front of the CS 2000. There is usually a dedicated fuse to protect the unit if the battery was ever hooked up backward. If blown, replace it with an identical amperage fuse.
Place the unit in a well-ventilated area near the battery, away from direct heat or moisture. Ensure enough space for the cooling fan to operate.
